Audrey Ann Johns and Jacob Lowell Smith were married January 27, 2018 in a 2:00 afternoon ceremony held at Loft 212 in Cullman with Braxton Davis officiating. The reception followed at Loft 212.

The bride is the daughter of Eddie and Christy Johns of Hartselle. She is the granddaughter of Hugh and Jo Ann Huggins and the late Don and Audrey Johns, all of Decatur.

The groom is the son of Steve and Amy Sterling of Moulton and the late Frankie Smith of Town Creek. He is the grandson of Sol Halbrooks of Moulton, Barry and Wanda Smith of Town Creek, and John and Olene Sterling of Moulton.

The bride chose an Oleg Cassini three-quarter length sleeved tulle a-line gown with a delicate illusion lace bodice, dramatic v-back zipper and drop waist. Her matching Vera Wang cathedral veil featured embroidered lace and rhinestones.

Maid of honor was Kelsey Matthews and matron of honor was Taylor Conley, both friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Gates and Holly Maisch, friends of the bride, Jordan Davis and Kaylyn Reeves, sisters of the groom. Flower girl was Gemma Reeves, niece of the groom.

Best man was Christopher Johnson, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Steve Sterling, step-father of the groom; Braxton Davis and Chase Reeves, brothers-in-law of the groom; Ty Smith, cousin of the groom; and Cam Johns, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Went Reeves, nephew of the groom.

Wedding director was Cindy Averitt. Floral designer was Deana Olinger of Party Petals by Deana. Caterer was Brenda Lewis and the wedding and groom’s cakes were made by Cake Creations by Kristi. Music was provided by Josiah Lanier. Hair stylist was Caroline Hensley and make-up artist was Courtney Kracke.

The couple is now residing in Hartselle.
